Saturday October 22, 10am-6pm Two days only! Join us for the opening reception of a special two-day show and sale of clothing designs by Fumie Von Dehn using vintage kimono silks. Fumie's designs highlight the craftsmanship of the original kimono garments from which they are carefully selected and are inspired by respect for the material and a keen eye for quality. Many of the base fabrics are handcrafted in traditional weaving and dyeing techniques that are quickly disappearing. These one-of-a-kind designs, including evening wear, casual wear, scarves, and accessories all made from vintage kimono fabric, will be on sale at SaBi Tea Arts on Friday and Saturday, October 21 and 22.
